「Had a fabulous stay, been many times before when it was Mercure Hotels. Had an issue on the first day, which was quickly resolved. Will stay again, when we are visiting family.」

「Love the room we stayed in, good space , bathroom was great big bath with TV, good shower aswell, bed comfortable, view over canal was nice, had breakfast lovely, spa was a 2 min walk, garden was nice, overall excellent 」

「Their service is great an warm. The receptionists gave us wise advices during snowstorm while showing care of us. The location is so convenience which allows us to drive there safely. We will definietly stay in this hotel in our next visit」

Not only did we stay at a historic site but one that had modern facilities and amenities also. Couldn’t have been better. The staff was great too. 」

「Came with my husband and 2 children 4&5) and my inlaws. Husband and father inlaw played golf...they had a fantastic time. Mother in law and i took the children swimming and went to the park. Lots to do wven though the children were too young for the big activities. We couldn't eat at the main restaurant in the evening as there was no space for the 6 of us which was disappointing. I think guests at the hotel should have some sort of priority to dine first. We went to a local pub for our evening...
