「Everything was clean and tidy, staff helpful and courteous, food pretty good (decent breakfast buffet and dinner menu). A little chilly in the room even with the temp set to 26 but otherwise extremely comfortable room. 」

「Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.」

「The room was spacious and clean. It was quiet and the room had all amenities that we needed. We had dinner in Pantiles and the location was superb with the walk only taking approximately 10 minutes. Breakfast was tasty and the staff attentive.」
