"4 horas manejando desde el Aeropuerto de Cancún, exelente carretera, solo un peaje (lleva efectivo). La cabaña con muelle privado espectacular, los tour en lancha se pueden reservar en el hotel y salir desde su muelle privado, exelente comida, personal muy amable. Saludos 🇨🇴"

"The good: the staff were super friendly and helpful; the breakfasts and desserts were great; and the location on the lagoon was perfect. The not-so-good: the resort pools need to be repaired (peeling floors) and the whole property could use an update and some TLC."

"The location is beautiful and adorable, feels like you are in nature. The little rooms are perfect to feel apart of the location. Low scores due to tiny ants that were all over our room and bedding. It’s difficult to get rid of them because of the location. The power also went out multiple times during our stay leaving us not able to shower on our departure date."
