「The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Sumitra was great she cooked my mom and i breakfast everyday and was very pleasant. Overall I enjoyed staying the hotel, you can request for a taxi at front desk and will pay a reasonable price without getting ripped off. There are stores nearby the hotel few minutes walk if you need anything.」

「The hotel is situated at a quiet alley. There is a security guard outside the alley so we felt safe even at night. Staff is friendly and helpful. But we have to complain about the airport pick up service. We reserved the airport pick up service at night. When the hotel driver picked us up, there was another guy helping us to move one of our suitcases to the car. We thought both this guy and the driver were from the hotel. 「Wonderful place to stay in Kathmandu, it’s close to Thamel and a lot of historical sites. Nice and clean room. Mr. Hari - the owner - was so helpful. 「The hotel is located near the shopping area Thamel, which helps to find meal and things easily. It also provides hot water which is especially essential in the winter. The rooftop also nice and can enjoy the sunshine there. The staffs are nice and willing to provide extra towels but with a bit slow. 」

「A hotel with an elevator and a lovely restaurant/bar and dipping pool the size of a hot tub on the roof top. I also saw a sauna and steam room but I didn’t try them out. There was a very small gym but it was located by the rooftop restaurant and elevator and had a glass wall that really gave the impression of very much being on display while working out.
