My favorite in the area, best value all around. I love how quiet it is and the staffs, were absolutely kind and accommodating. The court yard provided me with much productive work hours and meeting with friends. Coming back for sure. Location, needless to say, close to everything.

We had a fantastic experience: staff was extremely attentive and helpful, helping us with taxi booking and providing top professional services. Excellent and generous complementary breakfast. This was our 8th trip to Nepal and hotel timila was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Every aspect of our stay was perfect - the staff, the amenities, the dining, the location, etc. we had heat in our room, the shower was better than what we have at home!!! We give timila our highest rating. It was so peaceful in Lalitpur compared to Thamel. We were steps away from Patan Durbar - magical.

I will be back! I loved it here!

From start to finish, my entire stay here was incredible. The room was super nice, clean and comfortable. I was lucky to have a kitchen and living room too. The room was perfect and had filtered water in it as well. The amenities and personal small touches are really nice. The restaurant at the hotel is delicious and there are also several options nearby. The staff were so kind and helpful with everything. They arranged rides for me and seemed to never forget anything I requested. Somehow the service kept getting better. The location is good, less chaotic than other areas and a stone's throw from Patan Darbar Square. The hotel is also very eco friendly, which was much appreciated.

My daughter and I just finished a four night stay at the Hotel Timila. We could not have been more pleased with our accommodations and the wonderful service provided by the staff. The Hotel has an understated elegance that is appropriate to its setting but also very comfortable for visitors from abroad. Our room was well appointed, comfortable and very clean. The solar hot water system was amazing. I recommend staying on the courtyard side so that you can hear the quiet murmur of the koi pond at night or as you drink your morning tea. The breakfast was filling and tasty. They easily accommodated our vegan and vegetarian diets. Patan is a peaceful and refreshing alternative to Thamel. Hotel Timila is very close to Patan Durbar Square and many other points of interest. Transport back to the main sites of Kathmandu was very easy and inexpensive.

Très bel hôtel bien situé, excellent service, bon rapport qualité prix. Le petit déjeuner est inclus, mais est décevant. Si l’eau chaude ne fonctionne pas, n’hésitez pas à vérifier ce qu’il en est avec la reception. Je recommande!
