They acknowledged what was happening outside while maintaining a comfortable, normal atmosphere. Communication was clear, empathy genuine, and care above expectations. While we’d love to name individuals, every team member was exceptional—from front desk and housekeeping to dining, security, and management. The seamless coordination, especially under pressure, was remarkable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mercure Kathmandu."
