I will never stay at this property again. The floors in the rooms are very dirty. The Front Desk charged my card 3 weeks ago and I am still trying to get my money back on my AMX. The room was prepaid with Expedia and the hold funds went thru and was not refunded. I have been working with the FO MGR-Krishna Sapkota. I emailed the hotel again today and no response. I will have to dispute with AMX at this point. It should not take 3 weeks to get a charge reversed. The amount charged was $417.66 in US Dollars. I requested to speak to the GM of the hotel and Krishna said he would handle it.

Architectural was imagine absolutely fantastic landscape has been great I have been there before many years ago they have been update absolutely fantastic. The staff service from front desk to overall I will give 100%
