"Very convenient and accessible to beach"

"Great location with the monorail just across the road. Room is small but well fitted and comfortable. Great pool for children. Staff is warm and welcoming at check in. But what truly sealed the deal for us was seeing the dedication of the employee manning the towel station at the pool. He was creating animals from towels whilst warmly greeting guests and distributing towels. We were really impressed by the personal touch. "

"Good location but rooms very small"

"We stayed in the Family Suite and unfortunately had a very poor experience due to the room’s lighting setup. The room is equipped with a motion sensor, so whenever someone gets up at night to use the bathroom, the sensor automatically turns on the lights for the entire room—not just the bathroom. This wakes up everyone, which was very disruptive, especially for a family. We checked with guest services, but were told that the motion sensor cannot be turned off. On the second night, we tried leaving the bathroom lights on to avoid triggering the sensor, but the room then became too bright to sleep comfortably. As a result, we had two nights of very poor sleep. This setup is not suitable for families, and unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again."

"First time staying here and I loved it. Great breakfast, best equipped gym I've seen in a hotel, great pool and location. But the best thing was the staff. Unfailingly cheerful, kind and helpful. Special shout out to Roland on FOH for unfailing assistance and Fish at breakfast. "

"Incredible hotel in the heart of Sentosa. Food at all restaurants surpassed expectation with the exception of breakfast which lacked ambience and service. Rooms are well appointed, modern with exceptional bedding. Missing some ammenities and service but i would expect this is due to the villa style of villa rooms. "
