「Very helpful and friendly staff. Good hotel location in Royal Oak.」

「Nice hotel」

「Excellent stay」

「The business conference room could use a computer for guests to use, but the front desk was nice enough to give us directions to the nearest FedEx Office so we could print out our boarding passes for our flight home.」

「Excellent stay overnight. Clean & quiet. Great breakfast with plenty of seating. Ice machine down the hall, mini fridge in the room. Easy access by uber to go to the nearby art district so we can keep our car safely parked in free parking lot. Bedding was very comfortable. Shower with good water pressure and included toiletries in pump bottles」

「Good experience」

「This is a well maintained, no frills, clean and quiet hotel stay. I enjoyed my stay.」

「Hotel was clean and we actually had our room upgraded which was nice! Only stayed for one night so cant say much about staff assistant or amenities. The water bottle refilling station in the gym was handy though!」

「The pancake machine was not working with no sign on it stating same. Turned it on and was waiting until a staff member reprimanded us in turning it on. How were we to know without a sign? Thus the 4 star rating.」
