「We recently stayed at this charming home which offered a unique experience. The house itself has an antique charm that isn't captured in the highly filtered and staged photos. The decor included religious pamphlets on each nightstand which added an interesting touch. The sleeping arrangements were fairly comfortable with the mattresses placed directly on the floor. 「So many roaches! Can’t get back in your room if you step out. Filthy! Should be condemned! Should be shut down immediately!」

「I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone.」

「Location is great. I would stay here again. The place is steps from all the West Reading hot spots. The property is a little dated. The front desk person was very kind and efficient. We were here to enjoy West Reading and attend a wedding. Nice kitchen and pretty good sized full fridge if you next a reasonable place to stay for an extended stay. 」

「The place is falling apart. The ceiling above the bed was cracked. It is grimy and outdated and for the price of the room, it should not be in that condition. The door didn’t shut or lock correctly. I would never stay there again.」

「Very nice hotel-not a typical Red Roof in that there is no outside access to the rooms. Room was clean and freshly painted, everything worked, coffee and hot water available in the lobby all day and night. Location seemed very safe, although a bit isolated.」
