We stayed in the Moose Haven cabin 2. My family and I had such a wonderful experience staying in this cabin. It was in the middle of the two major reason for our visit, not more than 3 to 5 minutes to town or one of RMNP entrances. The cabin itself was equipped with everything we needed for our 2 night stay, including spices and seasonings for cooking with necessary utensils. We loved our stay at the Blue Door! Maybe it’s an older place but inside our room everything was neat, tidy, clean, and there was no ‘old place’ smell. The water pressure in the shower was great and the bed was very comfortable. It probably only took us ten minutes to drive to the RMNP entrance from the inn and the area was quiet.

Our front desk check-in attendant was amazing. Unfortunately, we did end up needing maintenance for a "small" issue and they were nothing short of fantastic. So nice and accommodating. We made last minute reservations and were granted an adjoining room to meet our family needs. The accommodations were great...from pool to game room to lounge area. Would highly recommend...especially if wanting to stay in a non-chain type hotel.
