「Location was good. Even though it was on a busy intersection, room was quiet when ac was on. But ac was very noisy. We could also hear people walking in room above us (sounded like they had heavy boots on as they were stomping across the floor). Shower was not as clean as it should have been. Shampoo dispenser was empty. When tv didn’t work, staff member on phone was not helpful and had a bad attitude. Breakfast food area was not kept clean even though it was not busy. 「It’s possible a lot of what I found disappointing in the property was poor timing. The hotel was sold on Sunday and we checked in Tuesday. After a long day of traveling we just wanted to check in, relax at the bar with a drink, and go to sleep. However, the bar wasn’t open. We were then told the elevator wasn’t working and but thankfully we were only on the 2nd floor. The continental breakfast was yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, or bagels…. but no toaster. 「We stayed in the guesthouse which was very nice. Only problem was the coffee pot in the entryway would not work. We just walked to the office and got coffee. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Loved the breakfast at the cafe which is right besie the Inn. Inn gives you a $12.00 voucher for each person to eat there and it was excellent and plentiful. Also the girls at the desk at the Inn were very friendly and helped you with any questions. Would highly recommend this Inn.」

「Wife and I stayed at Brinton Suites for two nights and absolutely amazing. The digital codes for entry made it very easy to get in and out the kitchenette in the room was a surprise. The Mr. Coffee coffee pot made things a lot easier! Definitely would stay again if I had to and would recommend to anyone needing a place in the West Chester/Glen Mills/ Chadds Ford Area」
