"Hotel overbooked and didn't offer me any help to find another Hotel. Front desk said I had no reservation although I showed her my confirmation from Expedia."

"The building is beautiful you enter and are always greeted by smiles and kindness from all staff. Breakfast buffet was amazing something different every day. Rooms are spacious all the necessities are provided and neat and clean exceptional accommodations so pleased will recommend to all my family and friends best stay ever I loved the suite instead of just a room . "Some negative reviews were not our experience at all. Our room was nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. The linens were of good qualitive, Breakfast was ample and well-presented. The staff was pleasant and responsive. Other guests were amiable. Ours was a fine experience."

"I was charged for my stay at the hotel after I strongly told them that everything was prepaid. The front desk person was rude and did not seem to care. I had to call expedia for the hotel to refund me. Breakfast was terrible with barely any choice. Scrambled eggs, sausage, no toast with a jit of yogourt. There were kids staying at hotel making noise in the floors and knocking at rooms and rinning into their room. I caught a kid and reported to front desk and apparently he was too busy. I told...
