"I was charged for my stay at the hotel after I strongly told them that everything was prepaid. The front desk person was rude and did not seem to care. I had to call expedia for the hotel to refund me. Breakfast was terrible with barely any choice. Scrambled eggs, sausage, no toast with a jit of yogourt.
