「It seems like they are really trying. The lobby staff were so warm and welcoming and the room was nice but the bathroom was really not clean. I appreciated the key to get into the room so there aren't random people with access to the room. Everything was as expected for this hotel except the bathroom and shower.」

「I booked a jacuzzi room but was not advised they were not pet friendly until I arrived. I was transferred to a ground floor room. The floors were very dirty and the door didn’t shut completely. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper, no tissue and the blankets smelled musty. I was really disappointed.」
