「The front desk gave us a room that was occupied by others. They didn't know it so they broke into that room. When they changed a room for us, it was not the room type i reserved before. i booked a king size bed and they gave us double bed room. There're stains on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable neither of us slept well.」

「While the decor is becoming a bit dated appearing, it was spotless! Believe me, I go over hotel rooms with the thoroughness of a forensic investigator! I checked along the mattress seams with my cell phone light, everything was clean and fresh smelling. The carpeting seemed more modern, clean and comfortable, no unpleasant odors discernible.
