「Everything was great」

「This was our overnight stay prior to entering the BWCA the next morning. We arrived fairly late and check in could not have been smoother. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a tad small but usable. The room itself was larger than most. The included breakfast was great. Many choices and the never ran out of anything. We would definitely stay their again.」

「Staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner barely worked. I was in two separate rooms two different nights. Carpet was stained and icky in both rooms. Cord on the hairdryer was filthy. I would stay here again if I had to but I wouldn’t go out of my way or recommend it.」

「Pros: Its on the lake. The manager is VERY helpful and friendly Cons: Its OLD. Screens missing in windows, the king bed was literraly 2 twin or double beds pushed together and we sank to the middle of the bed. The showers were impossible to get pressure or temperature right. The ice machine is a small office or home version. The doors were not straight, could see light right through them. The smell of Lysol and/or Clorex in the hallways was overwhelming. Besides the one manager, the other...

「Wonderful location with very helpful and friendly staff. There is general wear and tear as expected from places. Has the classic no water pressure from hotels but that was truly one of my only "oh darn" moments. Will definitely be staying here again.」
