"First impressions, they spend way more money on the lobby than they did the rooms. Our room door handle was broken wouldn't shut. Huge pain. They did fix it quickly. We had a king room and it was so empty it echoed so bad in the room. We had a 5 day stay and on day 3 morning I asked for towels and said we had no housekeeping and was told they only clean every 3 days. Like what? Anyways housekeeping came took the trash left no towels no toilet paper. I went to complain and yet the phone did not work. Went down to the lobby asked for towels and toilet paper and to let them know the phone didnt work. Got toilet paper finally. Towels they brought later but they give you 3 towels for 3 days?? Why would housekeeping only come every 3 days. And charge a resort fee.. where's the resort? Its a run down hotel. I will not be staying again. Could of done so much better than the Radisson. Lesson learned. Hot tub is small, pool isnt great either. Only nice thing is the ocean view. But the chairs they have on the balcony are plastic and lay back so far you cant see out. And the upper balconies ac unit leaks down and just gets all over you. Thats annoying. Would be nice to have normal chairs on the balcony and maybe a little table to enjoy being outside. Parking is also so annoying. Never any room have to park next door in front of a bar and grill."

"Honestly the room we stayed at was great for the price! We paid around $500 for 3 nights. The room was clean and it was right on the beach. However, it was definitely dated. The bathroom could use updating, and the parking is not ideal. It’s free but it gets full on the weekends and you have to park across the street. Overall it’s worth the price."

"This was the worst hotel (condition wise) that I have ever stayed at in the last 20 years. It was dirty, rundown, noisy, and the staff could not have cared less. The ocean front balcony was unusable as there was water (dripping from the room above) covering most of the floor of the balcony with black mold. There was black mold on the ceiling above where the water was dripping from, so this was not a recent problem. I reported this to the person working the front desk, and he said they were working on it, (they weren't). I asked to change rooms, and he said they were completely booked. Also, the pictures on the Hotels.com listing must have been from when this place first opened, so if you were to imagine that same room after 30 year of wear and neglect, that's what it looks like. I won't even try to describe the bathroom. If we hadn't checked in so late, I would have left. I'm still amazed at the recent reviews this place received. Either they're family members, or we just got the worst room available because we were late checking in. Either way, this place should be bought, torn down and rebuilt, because it does have an incredible view of the beach, ocean and a great location."
