「No shampoo. Only a tiny hand soap. Nobody helping at the desk. We had to call the property to complain. The first night, no service. The next day the owner said he is new to the business, and he didn't have enough help. Then why does he list the property?」

「This is a great place to stay. Clean, cute, comfortable, easy parking, and only a couple minutes drive to downtown and other local restaurants/attractions. We will not have any issues staying here again when we return to Eureka Springs. Wonderful place.」

「The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was amazing! It had good WiFi. The only problem that I saw was that the iron was missing. The parking lot was tricky when we first got there due to people using it for parking for the St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Once they cleared it was fine.」

「The pictures look better than the reality of the hotel. The location was great, lots of stuff to do within walking distance. The staff was nice and accommodating but the rooms picked up a lot of outside noise. Additionally, I would advise against using the hot tub because it gave everyone in my family (including my two children) full body rashes that have yet to clear up.
