Breakfast was fantastic, and so was the breakfast room! The hotel is conveniently located near the downtown and Beaver Dam. However, the hotel is very outdated, rooms are dark and dirty. Compared to the price we paid, we didn't think it was worth it.

Clean enough, my only issue was I didn’t have soap in my room. That was something that threw me off but I got in late and I just needed a place to sleep. I had a nice waffle in the morning and staff was kind.

I have mixed feeling writing this review. Check in was great super friendly staff! Upon entry the room it was clean and well maintained. We hung out in the room for awhile trying to figure out what to do the rest of the evening before our ghost tour at 7. As I was sitting on the bed I noticed a bug trying to crawl on me come to find out it was a bedbug! We let the front desk know and packed up our things. We were told we could have another room but my daughter and I said no thank you we’d like a refund. We were told they would have to check the room and would get back to us. Over all the property was clean and the Christmas lights they had up made the hotel very festive and beautiful. Just the bedbug turned us off

Room is clean and comfortable. The staff is most courteous and nice breakfast pastries, eggs, quiche, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit. Pet friendly and forested wilderness out back. Six deer watched us take an evening stroll down the forested road next to the hotel late in the evening.

This is a beautiful property with a friendly staff. The hot breakfast was delicious. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The property has beautiful gardens and landscaping with wonderful views of Eureka Springs. We had a great time and were sorry we had to leave so soon. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Eureka Springs.

Clean room. Hotel lobby was cute and dated. ATM in the lobby was nice to have. Breakfast was a cute walk past a garden and behind the pool in separate building and was great!! Trolley stop property! Great value for what they have.

The hotel was very clean and in a great location. The one area of improvement needed is the number of dogs that were allowed in rooms and in the dining area. These were not marked as assist dogs. We had barking in the room next to us at 6 am. My brother is allergic to dog hair and dander, and was quite miserable. My suggestion would be to identify rooms that allow dogs just as the smoking/non-smoking rooms are identified.

Everything was great. The staff were helpful and polite. They have an excellent breakfast. The rooms were clean, and everything was in good maintenance. The only thing needed was some weatherstripping around the door in the room. Also, people need to know that for breakfast you have to climb stairs, and it is not wheelchair accessible.

Did not have a good stay.. air would not work , bed was uncomfortable.. mold in bathroom and spiderwebs In corners of room .. stains on bed sheets .. pictures look nothing like the property outside seating area was moldy .. paid for 2 nights and left after the first they would not refund money for the night that I didn't stay .. very unpleaesed
