「This is a motel, not even an inn. How did it name as a hotel? 」

「The room was pretty clean but I did do a bit of dusting on the headboard. There were a couple of food stains, actually food, on the couch cushions. I just flipped them. And we were disappointed that the hot tub was gone. Otherwise, it was good. The staff, as well as the other guests, was very nice! And the food from the bar was great!」

「Nice place to stay. Fairly priced. The window in my room was broken and the phone didn’t work but the room was nice and clean and there is a washer & drier available which I did use. Theres also a pool downstairs. Would stay here again.」

「I booked this hotel and I called to find out how late we can check in and I was told that they are not accepting any booking because they are remodeling.so we booked another place …and now can’t get my full refund because Expedia can’t reach the hotel…」

「As for a clean rooms yes it was clean and I want my room to be clean but as for the staff at night no help & rude our tv wouldn’t work I think if you pay for a room you should have a tv & we received no help we were told maintenance would help in the morning. what good is help in the morning when we are leaving. How about a new room? A working tv? Something other than we can help in the morning!」

「There was a little mixup with our rooms, but they helped us work it out. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfy. We took the last parking spot and it was very loud and crowded inside. Rooms were quiet, AC was working but still pretty muggy inside.」
