「Hard to find, we drove around it twice. While we were given an occupied room, gave us another with 2 beds (at no additional cost-thanks🙄) a suit like he offered should have been nice for the inconvenience. Clean and friendly service.」

「This place is neat, clean, and convenient to Rogers, but the amenities are sorely lacking and we were going to be charged for extra towels?! No one was at the front desk most of the time. Customer service not great, but hotel served its purpose for Arkansas Graduation. 」

Our kids were downstairs with us parents until about 10:30pm on Friday night and they were being a little loud and the front desk employee kept giving dirty looks and then came over to the adults and told us they need to calm down. Thats fine and we made the kids go to bed, but on Saturday evening there was a party in the meeting room and they were playing loud music that could be heard on the second floor where another teammate's family was staying. 「The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Just mini Belgian waffles, packaged muffins, light yogurt, packaged oatmeal, and cereal with coffee and two juices. Overall I feel it was a great value for the minimal cost I paid for the room. I would stay again.」

「Si buscas algo para pasar la noche esta bastante bien es limpio y tiene lo basico Lo unico es que si llegas antes de la hora del chek-in te dicen claramente que debes llegar a la hora que corresponde hacerlo Me atendió una chica y yo no sabia igles pero pude entenderle perfectamente que no me haría el check-in hasta que se hiciera la hora y eso es entenderle pero hablo muy despotamente pero en la tarde cuando llegue me atendió un muchacho americano y fue mas amable.」

「The WiFi sucks . Can barely search a site without the page crashing or refreshing . On either end of the building the WiFi lags badly and it’s hard to connect to anything . Rooms are fairly clean upon arrival,parking is tricky and there is limited luggage carts . There is an elevator on site so if you need to take extra trips but forget about using the luggage carts because they don’t work.
