「This is an old property. We were there for a wedding and power went out. We checked out early and hotel gave us credit for one night. The best thing about hotel is the staff. They made reception happen for the wedding. Staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.」

「Upon check in, the front desk lady informed us that a tree from a recent storm had fallen on the hester to the hot tub. We were past the canceling window, so we decided to stay. And I'm glad we did. They did fix the hot tub. Very friendly check in on Monday night.. But the lady on duty on Tuesday evening was rude..said the hot tub was out of order and we needed to get out of it! The outside of the building is very outdated and is in need of repairs. There's an employee that was wearing a...

「It was a good stay」

「When we arrived at BW in Eureka Springs, there was no power in the city due to storms and tornadoes. Pam at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, despite the stress of no electricity. She led us to our room with a flashlight, and opened our room with her management key, just reminding us to check in next morning to receive our own keys. Couldn't believe she was still so calm and hospitable amidst the weather crisis.」

「We had a crazy weekend in Eureka Springs at this hotel. We were woken in the middle of the night with tornado sirens, and the owner looked after all of us. Hotel was very biker friendly and kept supplies ready for us all the time. 」

「When I arrived, the cottage had my name mixed up with another which delayed my checking in. Part of the amenities was a bottle of wine (how nice!); however, I had to ask for it. :( Despite those two issues, the room, the breakfast, homemade cookies, etc., was all quite nice. The location was key as I was going to a concert. I would stay there again. 」

「The owner is incredibly nice. He has made many renovations since our last stay and we are always happy with our stay. He has redone a lot of the pool and it was so relaxing. Our jacuzzi tub was nice, the beds are comfy, and the jacuzzi room was very romantic. We stay here every trip to eureka. The jacuzzi suites are at the back of the building which gives them privacy. Amazing stay!」

「The hotel room was very dated but fairly clean. The employees were very friendly, especially Cheryl at check-in. Because the only window faces the common walkway, curtain was not left open and the room was very dark. The sheets were clean and bed was comfy but the comforter smelled of urine. I didn’t notice that until I was laying in bed that night. Pulling away the comforter remedied the problem, so I just slept covered with the top sheet. Not sure how often the comforters get washed, but...

「Room was well supplied and host was very accommodating with late check out request. Only thing that would make it better was some lighting above the coffee table area as it's very dark at night and a brighter bulb above the bathroom sink.」
