I can’t say enough on how the staff made our stay outstanding. I’ve never met a more professional and welcoming group of people in one establishment as we did for the week we stayed at the Bentonville Arkansas location. Great hotel for the money. I was treated wonderfully by the front desk girl. Breakfast was great addition to the stay. My only complaint was the pool was closed. I booked through Expedia and this is the second time I have booked to have a pool but upon checking in the pool was not open. This should be updated on the sites so that people are aware of amenities that are not available at the time of booking.
