「This hotel was decent for the price and worked well for an overnight stay. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and we slept great without any noticeable outside noise. The room had been cleaned, but only minimally. 「First of all, the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request you had. The breakfast was very good. They had two different flavors of waffle batter which is unusual and they had breakfast kielbasa with eggs and potatoes which was also something different. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast area was spotless.」

「It's all very nice, but no water glasses, or a glass in the bathroom. Had to go to the front desk for those. Which I thought was very odd for a Hilton property.」

「The property was easy to find and parking was available. Breakfast was sufficient but no staff available to clean tables when we were there. The rooms were basic and clean. We were supposed to have adjoining rooms and we did, but the door inside did not open. It was late so we did not bother to ask for help with the door. Overall, good for an overnight stay but would not stay for more than a day.」

Had a few issues, no working fan in the bathroom (found out the hard way lol), and tub faucet had a fast leak that we reported, but no one came to fix. Keeping the door closed made it very humid in there. Was offered another room but decided to stay since we got in so late and wouldn’t be using the room much. Friendly staff, would stay there again.」

「My family and I stayed in Hanging Cabin #9, which had bunk beds suited for my two children. The cabin appeared to have been recently renovated, with new flooring and a well-equipped kitchen. It included a TV (unlike other cabins we've stayed in without one) and a nice jacuzzi. Keep in mind that being outdoors means bugs may be around, which is not the property's fault but a natural occurrence. A bit of pest control before guests arrive could have made this place an A+.」

「Staff at Front Desk was not friendly nor helpful. The room smelled so bad of both cigarette and tobacco smoke, and the sheet of fabric softener in the air unit did nothing. Shower curtain ring was barely hanging on the wall.」

Our room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The property has great views and has its own charming vineyard, which is used to produce their own wines..
