"There are a lot of hotels around Waynesboro but Im glad we chose Best Western. It is very clean. The free breakfast is great. Every member of the staff we met was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again."

"Room was newly renovated but not completed. Missing lights in ceiling, nothing in the shower to put soap or shampoo and conditioner on. I’ve stayed here before so I get the renovation part. But a completed room would have been nice. "

"This property should be removed from your listing because it is not really a hotel. The door to my room was not secure, and there was no coffee for breakfast. The first room they put me in had the hotel privacy door latch missing and the deadbolt could not lock due to the door being warped by the extreme cold. This is a motel where each unit’s door opens right outside. They moved me into another room which had a partially functioning deadbolt, but the hotel privacy door latch was barely attached with 1 screw missing and the other 2 partially sticking out. A determined person could have broken into my room. After surviving the night, I found no coffee the next morning. The receptionist told me that another customer had just broken the machine. I did not believe her and left immediately for Starbucks. Maybe that was her plan."

"The building pictured on Expedia is the Quality Inn which is on the same property. The actual Econo Lodge building is in bad disrepair, it looked abandoned, there was trash around the parking lot. The curtains in the hallway were hanging askew, there were stains all over the hall carpet. The bathtub had been painted and it was peeling. The pillowcases were stained. The curtains in the room wouldn't close all the way so anyone could look into the room. There were people "living" at the hotel. In addition to the condition of the hotel and room, we didn't feel safe at the location, so we paid extra to stay at the Quality Inn that was also on the property. It was, at least clean. There were people living at that hotel, too. One man was splitting yellow mucous all over the parking lot and a homeless guy came into the lobby to try to get a room. "

"Affordable, clean and felt new. Nice free breakfast was a bonus. Especially enjoyed the very cup, freshly ground coffee with the breakfast. "

"Everything was great, the 2 girls trying to get everyone in a room while the system was done were phenomenal. Stayed there twice in the last week, highly recommend. "

"The shower leaked constantly and this morning someone came into my room without knocking and for no reason. I had the DND sign up and it was only 8am. I wanted to stay another night but that turned me off and was not fair."

"We had suite 1, which is quite large with a fairly well stocked kitchen, sitting area with separate bedroom. Good value, at least with mid week pricing"
