"Lovely place and rooms were great.
Some of staff didn’t know how to check us in
It’s a pub, and luckily we had booked for food… the pub was very food dominated and wouldn’t have felt comfortable just drinking… food was good and place lovely though"

"Stayed here for 2 nights recently. House actually looked better than the photos. Lots of space with plenty of towels / cutlery / glasses / plates etc.
lovely quiet street within walking distance of Loughborough.
would 100% stay here again.
I have removed one star as the thermostat on the shower could do with being checked. Unfortunately the only temperate was scalding hot which made it difficult to shower but I’m sure that’s an easy fix for the host.
Thanks so much for the stay!"

I've stayed here many times and it's always great. Stayed in 'Lizzie Rose' this time and it was a super room. Lots of space and a patio. It is opposite the function rooms so may get a little noisy if there's an event on but a great stay.

So comfortable, incredibly clean, and well-located for what I needed to do in Loughborough. Huge space that felt like home -- I didn't want to leave! Great pillows, plush carpet, modern bathroom, and lots of storage space too. Did not have time to take advantage of breakfast but the kettle and biscuits in the room were a lovely touch. Thank you!

Both Chris and Yolanda were so friendly and welcoming. Despite their packed schedule running both a pub and a b&b, they were always cheerful and kind. Parking was free and easy. The room was spacious and comfortable. The fruity shampoo and body shower gel were so fragrant. Breakfast was delicious! And Chris was kind enough to show us a few magic tricks during our breakfast time. It was simply magical. Wishing both Chris and Yolanda a relaxing and wonderful holiday vacation to US next year.
