「To start with, no check in information was sent to me before I arrived. When I arrived I couldn't get hold of the owner as he wasn't answering his phone and didn't have the curtesy to reply to the several messages I left, both in the form of answer phone and text.
I had to contact Hotels.com via the online chat. Eventually one of the owners employees phoned me and said he would come and let me in.
Once in the property, things didn't really improve. The maintenance of the place is shocking and...

「The table was chipped and scratched. And I had to pay an extra £40 on top of my booking price for the standard after stay cleaning. Had to message the property to ask for check in information. Could hear the road from the room as well as everyone leaving and entering through the front door.
Will not be staying here again」
