However- the bed linen or top cover was not comfortable , quite course and not what I’d expect for such a signature hotel. 「Highly recommend. Good location if you've hired a car, easy access. Only 10mins from Oliva Nova Met. Plenty of shops and eating places within walking distance. Breakfast and evening meal good in the restaurant. Staff helpfull and friendly. Rooms very clean. Only complaint is they should have tea/coffee/ biscuit facilities in rooms, you had to ask for a kettle, which they will provide. So remember to take your own.」

「3rd trip to the Serawa. Excellent small hotel with amazing staff. Joanna on reception is an asset to any business and is very very helpful. And Vania and Carmen made every breakfast fun and friendly. All of the guys in the kitchen help make what I can only say is my favourite breakfast. The gardeners are also very friendly and have done a fantastic job. The pool area does need some attention. New sunloungers and a bit of money spent on the poolside itself」

「Side sea view room, 2 bedrooms, long balcony. Stayed here in 2023 in panoramic room with wrap around balcony which was better for evening sunset in Block A. However, this stay did not disappoint, still friendly staff, great room, quiet area, beds amazing, best sleep in a long time. Pool was fabulous. 「Breakfast and lunch here were both delicious. The staff are lovely and it’s very laid back. Our second time staying here and we will definitely return. Our room, Merlot, was fabulous with a sunny terrace. I would highly recommend.」
