We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Spacious and well decorated room with pretty wooden furnishings, large covered balcony, extensive sea view and good pool. Checking in and out were smooth and staff very accommodating. Ample secure parking provided but quite an inconvenient location with few amenities, shops or restaurants nearby. Would happily stay again and highly recommend as a more budget-friendly option.」

Alex and Fran on the front reception were wonderful (and we were difficult as I needed a great room to work in and my wife had interviews for CNN and a podcast to do) and Alex and Fran made everything sparkle. The buffet was brilliant (I’m vegetarian and my wife is highly carnivorous) and we both ate extremely well.
