"My room was newly renovated. However, most rooms are 30 years old and have plumbing problems. Older rooms are different for seniors to bathe in step down tub shower combo. The grounds are well kept. Views are amazing, and location is perfect for enjoying the town."

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Having access to the beach and being able to take towels, beach chairs and sun umbrellas made the whole experience top notch. Even with restoration happening it was hardly noticeable. Glad the place is being kept up. So much staff to cater to anything we may have needed, with service being of high value. It being a secure property we felt safe and comfortable. The rooms were simply lovely, with everything we needed so we could relax and have a perfect holiday. "From the time we checked in to the time we left Staff was Amazing! Down by the pools Gustavo and Ulisis were wonderful and very attentive. You can tell that the staff is very proud of the hotel and are constantly cleaning and maintaining the property. Our room was very clean with a beautiful view of the ocean . Only had a couple of disappointing things the Rui app doesn't give enough information on things that are going on at the resort and the restaurants are not shown at the correct locations. Second unfortunate thing was after waiting for an hour and a half for the steakhouse we were treated to a cold meal. The staff was very busy and friendly no fault of their own. The Buffet was Great with many choices. We absolutely Loved this resort and can’t wait to return. "
