This is the worst place I have ever stayed. I arrived at 4:00 PM to a deserted building and had to call a number just to find my room. Because no staff was present, I couldn't get the Wi-Fi password, and the TV had no signal. Despite the lack of service, the owner woke me up at 8:38 PM by pounding on my door demanding payment. To top it off, I was charged $20 more than the price advertised on Expedia. The facility is a total hazard. At 9:00 AM, I found the kitchen flooded with water pouring through the ceiling lights and leaking from the upstairs toilet. This is a massive electrical risk. Do not believe the photos of the breakfast; it is just bread, peanut butter, and black coffee with no creamer. The environment is just as bad. Parking is non-existent, requiring me to wait on the street. Between the constant noise of airplanes, helicopters, street shouting, and barking dogs, sleep was impossible. The building itself is in disrepair, with every floorboard and door squeaking loudly. This property is a major safety risk and needs to be inspected or demolished. I made a huge mistake booking here—do not make the same mistake. Stay anywhere else!

We frequently stay at Naryn Guest House when visiting LA. It’s is a cozy and welcoming vibe centrally located near downtown Los Angeles. The rooms are spotless with comfortable amenities. The garden is peaceful and shady. Complimentary breakfast served daily is a definite plus! You’ll experience the comfort of a bed and breakfast close to major freeways, museums and public transportation.

Put me in a situation to pay $200 more on property. even after I explained the situation. The staff on site have language barrier which made it harder for them to understand my point. They were not responsive on Expedia. They sent me to another unlisted property and the room has no AC. I requested a fan, and the staff said he’ll bring it the next day, but the rest of the stay, it never appeared.

I booked this for pay here, when I arrived at midnight she said you booked pay here and had me send her a Zelle transaction for the stay. She gave me the info to look her up and made us stand there until it was paid. She then let us upstairs. When I got home I saw a second charge for the 102.68 I booked that price with Expedia. She changed me twice and never refunded me. I am having a hard time getting a refund from my bank. They knew they charged me Zelle so they should not have sent in to her the other payment I am very disappointed because Expedia has done nothing to help me her my money back.
