Convenient Location

PCH a little noisy in evening, but room was equipped with Microwave and Fridge. Shower had great Pressure. Manager had to reset breaker for AC / Heater late night and had fixed immediately.

They never communicated with me, I know we got there late, but gave my room away even tho it was fully paid for it.

The room I was given was horrible. The bed was bowed in the middle, so it felt like if I was too far to one side i'd fall off. The bathroom door was stuck and required yanking to open. The smoke detector had a low battery and beeped all night. The power to the A/C button was broken so I couldn't turn it on, and the room got so hot that I had to keep the window open to keep cool. This made it easier to be annoyed by the people who kept revving their engines in and out of the parking lot all night. I think I got maybe 2 hours of consistent sleep the entire time I was there. The only positive was the shower, which worked great and never ran out of hot water. But that isn't enough to ever make me want to stay there again.

Horrible experience drove all the way to Long Beach just to arrive and not a have a room even though I paid online before hand and I can understand if they over sold by mistake but at least call the guest to let them know especially on valentine day the attendant asked me if I was looking for a room or if I booked online I let him know I already paid online he told me then I don’t have a room because they were over book didn’t even ask me my name nor would he cancel my reservation told me I would have to do it online and there was clearly room avaible he just wanted to over charge another person the guy was completely out of pocket on the way he treated me never have I been spoken to in such a manner by that time I was stranded with no where to go looking for another room and very where else was almost 4 times the amount I had already paid since it was Valentine’s Day around 8pm had no choice but to drive 5 hours all the way back home

Terrible once we arrive they say they dont have contact with expidia .!! I have to sleep at the airport after oay a uber to go to the motel have to paying back terrible customer service the guy dont even try to help us not recommend expidia have to remove them from the application
