Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
It is a disaster! Do NOT book this place!
It is not a hotel - it is an apartment and the front desk told us this building does not suppose to have any hotel operation. We then called the reservation phone number. The individual told us our reservation was cancelled! However no one has told us. You can imagine how shock I am on the date we suppose to check in! This is a fraud. Do not book this place!
