The most filthy and terrible place I have ever stayed in. Uncontrolled homeless situation, cannot sleep or feel safe. Sheets and towels were not changed once. It not recommended for anyone. It’s not budget savings, it’s suffering.

For the most part, pretty alright. It's a good, budget friendly motel to stay at and is surrounded by several good options for food (Panera, Raising Canes, diners, etc.). Cleaning could use some improvement, but it's not awful. Only complaint is that you probably shouldn't expect a TV remote in your room. I asked for one, and it didn't work.

I booked a non-smoking room, but they gave me a smoking room instead. I experienced chest pain and difficulty breathing when I woke up the following day. On the second night, I left the window open all night to get some fresh air. The AC is old—you can't even see where the power button is—and there was no remote control.

When trying to check in to the hotel, a drug dealer was blocking the entrance and yelling at me preventing me from being able to check in. I'm obviously not going to go back after that experience, yet expedia and the hotel refuse to refund me saying I should have talked to the hotel at the time of check in (When the drug dealer was there) awful disgusting and insulting experience.

Slept in all of my clothes. Pants tucked into my socks. Only stayed because I literally had no other option. My clothes still smell like that room. Family Feud on the tv was alright. Spend the extra 30 dollars and stay somewhere else.

The room smelled absolutely horrible. The air outside smelled better as the air inside was thick. It was so unbelievably dirty too. The bedsheet closest to the mattress was covered in blood stains and we tried finding a zipper to see if they even take that sheet off to wash it and we couldn’t find one. This means they’ve never washed that sheet. We were afraid for bedbugs. Sleeping on the street would honestly be cleaner than sleeping here which is exactly what happened. We ended up sleeping on the street cause we couldn’t find anywhere to stay by that time.

Pros: this location is Prime location to Hollywood blvd and all the action, 7 min walk! It’s super convenient to get to major fast food restaurants within a 5 min walk! Super nice staff and very understanding! Cons: It was just my daughter and I and we went to Hollywood to celebrate her sweet 16 birthday on a “mommy and me road-trip” We had a bottom room with some sketchy characters around and it smelled like cigarette smoke. I told the office and they moved us upstairs immediately. They were extremely accommodating! All in all I would definitely go back again!
