Staff is lovely, Location is ideal for my stay (Halloween weekend) which is why i chose the Dixie but will most likely never stay here again. Everything felt dirty, sticky & outdated. The room smelled like a thrift store and right as i was leaving to checkout saw a HUUUGE roach crawling on the counter. Beds were comfy though so if you have low standards and just need a bed and hot water to shower it’ll do the job 😅

Close to CHLA

Super convenient location and front desk lady was super sweet and helpful. Had security guards throughout the hotel so we felt super safe. Probably one of the best budget hotels I’ve stayed at.
