"The property is located in a perfect location. All the main attractions are located with in a 15 to 20 minutes drive with little to no traffic which is almost never. With traffic do expect 30 to 40 mins or more traveling inbetween places. Places with in 2 miles or 4 KM from the hotel it's best to walk. The temperature is perfect and you save on Uber/Taxi. If transportation is needed I highly recommend Uber. It's at least 2 times cheaper. The taxi at the resort is expensive. The only negative about the property was the bathroom door wouldn't close right. You had to wiggle the door knob to get it to work. Also we were located on the 16th floor and the outside patio we were never able to use. It was opened with our room key but it never worked. I told the front desk about 2 times per day during our stay and they said they would have someone check it out and they never did. It's unfortunate for us because it had a very nice view from what we could see through the door. "

"Great location, it does get loud during rush hour because of the traffic and the located on a busy boulevard but it did not affect our sleep and our stay whatsoever."

"We used the hotel as a day room as we had a late flight but i would definitely NEVER stay there again. The room had sloping floors, there was water leaking from the toilet or shower, we could not tell. And the shower floor was not clean."

"This place is so amazing! Beautiful to the smallest details and very clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. The front staff are amazing - so kind and helpful! The location is great to see all the sights of El Centro - very close to the Zocalo, Metropolitan Cathedral, and Palacio de Bellas Artes. We are return travelers to CDMX and will be planning to book here again!"
