「No hot water no tv horrible」

「My room was excellent, and the staff was always helpful. The lounge/breakfast area was clean and well-stocked. The exterior of the building was well-maintained and inviting. The only thing I'd like addressed is the laundry area for guests. I have been staying at this hotel for the last four years, and the coin-op laundry has always been out of order. 「Breakfast was not good. We didn't see much help in terms of getting our shower soap/liquid filled up after multiple requests. Property was renovated and hence seemed new.」

「One of the main reason we got the hotel was for the pool. It was closed over half the stay we were there. Also it is very out dated will not be going back」

「Room was clean as were the towels. We just felt this Hampton Inn needs a ‘refresh’ as paint was peeling off in the bathroom as well as the wall paper bubbling (room 417). Dings in the door…we believe it is an older Hampton…needs a refresh for sure. Breakfast was very good as the touch of ‘gift bag’with 2 bottles of water and in the morning complimentary cookies! Staff was friendly and helpful ( put our cooler freezer packs into a freezer ready for us in the morning for our next leg of our trip!)」

「The tranquil setting in the woods is perfect for a New River getaway. The screened in porch with hot tub was a real bonus. Fire pit, outdoor grill and kitchen made for a great stay. The location - close to the bridge and visitor center - was super convenient.」
