The property was spacious and clean. We enjoyed having a refrigerator and washer/dryer. The location was excellent and allowed for an easy walk to many big tourist attractions. It is a busy area for nightlife, so perhaps a bit noisy for sensitive sleepers, but we loved having restaurants, pubs, and theaters closeby. Would definitely stay here again!

Property very good, clean, accessible and great position. Given wrong code for the door to flat and had to rely on a remote person to sort. Property very noisy, 24/7 and someone rang the flat doorbell at 2am.

Great location. It’s loud at night and we usually slept with the windows open because it was kind of hot and there is no centralized A/C but considering the area it’s expected. There were fans provided so the temperature was not bad.

Property was very nice and communication was perfect. My only problem with this property was because of the lack of AC I had to sleep with the windows open. This wouldn’t usually be a problem but the outside area of this property was super noisy with bar fights and police sirens until about 4 am every night! I couldn’t sleep at night which was a problem. Other that that everything else was good.

We stayed in this property for two weeks with a baby. Pros: - very central - has an elevator Cons: - The elevator is very tiny. If you have a stroller or a wheelchair I won't recommend it. I don't think wheelchair fits there. For stroller we had to fold it and then only one person with the folded stroller could fit in - Super noisy. I'm used to living in downtown but this was another level. On weekends we couldn't sleep until 3am - Towels are very small. They're good for hands and face not for taking a shower. - equipments were very limited. For example, two chairs, two cups, etc. If you travel with a kid, it can be annoying. - We had a water leak from the ceiling! we notified the owner and they send someone that fixed something on the upper floor. But two days later we had water leak from three different places on the ceiling!! It damaged our stuff too. I had to make multiple international calls from my phone regarding this issue and it was very stressful as the leak was from a pot light and we were worried that it can cause a fire. The owner didn't bother to compensate at all

Trovo la soluzione estremamente cara per la dimensione dell’alloggio. Abbiamo indicato di essere in 4 e c’era un solo letto. I due altri hanno dormito sul divano, improvvisato come un letto. Impossibile dormire senza tappi nelle orrecchie. Inoltre avevamo soltanto 3 sedie e anche se abbiamo chiesto una quarta, non abbiamo mai ricevuto risposte.

Un mot : Excellent !. Nous avons été ravi de notre expérience. Appartement très bien équipé, il ne manquait rien. Les fournitures ont été un plus pour la durée totale du sejour : hygiène, café, serviettes de toilettes, et tous les équipements électroménagers (appareils de qualité, comme à la maison). (Certains organismes de location pourraient prendre exemples pour s'améliorer ). Seul le bruit de la rue le soir peut être gênant sur pour la chambre côté rue. Un double vitrage serait une solution. A part cela, c'était top! Emplacement , tout à pied, entre 2 stations de metro (Piccadilly et Leicester Square), nombreux restos, comédies musicales...

Amazing location

The location of the apartment is absolutely amazing! The place is very clean and tidy and there is everything you need. The only fault i had was the shower. The door didn't close properly and therefor water would come Out onto the bathroom floor so you have to hold the door shut with one hand the entire time.
