Apartment with excellent location

Pros: Location very close to Oxford Circus Reliable staff Nice apartment, nicely furnished and clean Overall happy with stay and would use again Cons: Apartment needs a thorough maintenance check: 50% of roller blinds did not work Cabinet doors in master bedroom broken 30% of light bulbs need to be changed. Apartment needs a minor paint job Shower heads needs a descaling No amenities All issues that did not affect the overall positive impression of stay, however things that should have been fixed to qualify for a 4 star experience

Adequate accommodations in Central London

Although the facility was adequate and was centrally located, the amenities advertised were not provided. Specifically, there was no reliable internet access in the apartment. We were given a code to use around town to access internet but it was not sufficient for our needs. You n addition, the cot that was provided was broken. Although there was an attempt to repair it made, we had to use a belt to hold the bed up to keep it from collapsing.
