A very nice boutique hotel in the heart of London within walking distance to Regent Park and Oxford Street. The rooms and toilets are kept very clean with crispy white linen and towels. The beds are very comfy. Rooms have good air-conditioning too. English breakfast was good with plenty of choices. All the staff are very courteous and go out of the way to help. We stayed for 5 days. Initially we were given a very small room but when I complained the very next day a larger room was allocated as soon as it became available. Overall an excellent stay and will highly recommend as the cost is also reasonable for a 4* hotel in middle of Central London. Will stay again.

Havde bestilt med morgenmad men hotellet sagde ved ankomst at det var bestilt uden. Ringede til hotels.com brugte lang tid på at tale med dem og det ændrede ingenting. Receptionen var ikke imødekommende - kunne ikke hjælpe. Fortalte intet om hotellet eller området. De tilbød ikke at vi kunne tilkøbe morgenmad, dårlig service. Så vi sov der og spiste morgenmad ude, der var rent og utrolig små værelser. Aircondition virkede ikke og der blev utrolig varmt.

My wife and I stayed in room 103 for just under a week. I would describe the room as compact. But it was very clean and tidy, with regular cleaning and towel changing available. Our only complaint was a lack of coathangers, but this was quickly resolved. All the staff that we dealt with were friendly and pleasant. A special thank you to the reception staff who printed off vouchers and ordered taxis for us. The hotel is in Fitzrovia,and has many bars and restaurants within a short distance from the hotel, in particular the Ragam. We were a short walk away from Oxford Street and Tottenham Court Road tube stations, and Titchfield Street offered a selection of cafes, including Honest Burger, which was was competitively priced for the area. We didn't use any of the facilities at the hotel, but the lounge and bar area always seemed popular. Overall, a great location for a tourist style break, only a £10 cab fare from Euston. We would certainly stay here again.

Nice clean room and a nice breakfast, but was quite cold and the radiator didn’t cope. I’m not a cold at night person, but felt cold last night. Nice pleasant staff. I would use again, but make sure the heating works in winter.

Room wasn’t particularly clean, dirty tissues left on top of desk. The thermostat didn’t work so the room was cold throughout the night. Staff were standing at the desk on their phones and at times couldn’t find anyone. Lift was also out of service and we were on 4th floor, had to drag suitcases up to the top floor which wasn’t nice. Really unpleasant experience but wasn’t worth complaining as we were only there for the evening.
