"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times so I guess I think it’s good but this was the first time I’ve got a poor reception from front staff. Stayed for the first time with daughter and grandson and had requested rooms together if we could. They struggled to find my daughters booking, even though I’d done it all on the one booking, and then proceeded to give us rooms miles apart. It wasn’t even this that rates them down - it was the attitude. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. Disappointed for the first time, and drags everyone down."
