A fantastic find!

What a fantastic find for our one night stay in the Sutton area. Great staff, very clean and a real buzz in the bar and dining area. Our room was clean and warm with fully functioning air con for overnight. Very modern and clean bathroom. The dining area and bar were fab. Thoroughly recommend. All staff were so friendly and such a nice touch being called by your first name from when to check in to when you check out.

Absolutely fab place. Stayed for a one night business trip. Really friendly staff. Great room, great food. I am trying to avoid the big chains and the Greyhound definitely met all my expectations. Enjoyed my stay , big thanks

Amazing hotel

Amazing hotel and a lovely location by the pond, also has a really nice outside seating area. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in the UK and lovely staff.

A wonderful two night stay

What a find! The greyhound was absolutely perfect. From the amazing breakfast to the best air con that I have ever had in a hotel room, this was one of the best stays that we have had in a long time. All staff were friendly and helpful even when they were really busy in the hot weather. I was concerned that I wouldn't find a space in the car park for my large suv but had no problem. The trip to the Wimbledon Park and Ride was quick and easy but another guest at breakfast said that they took the train to the tennis and the station was only 5 mins walk from the Greyhound. We will be back.

Great stay. All staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast amazing, even provided sausages for our diva dog. Guestroom good, little dusty around bedside lamps.

Great stay, everything was good!

The hotel rooms are in a different building than the restaurant and pub, making it very quiet and nice. Everything from service to cleaniness to breakfast was great. The only thing I was missing was a sign or a routine for not cleaning or changing bed sheets etc for sustainability. :)
