Good location for us / within walking distance (albeit slightly uphill) from Glasgow central railway station and also the bus station - we discovered a nearby Greek restaurant Elia (within 10-15 mns) walk which was delicious. Hotel had friendly staff who were helpful. While room was small - it was fine for a couple of nights - would not want to stay there for longer though as bathroom was tiny ! We were initially concerned about it being noisy as central city but we found it quiet

We had to change the hotel after the first night because we had a room in the basement. This was not written in any descriptions during the booking process. The bed was too small for a normal couple. The room was not clean. The receptionist was friendly and very understanding. We got a discount of 30£ for the night we stayed and canceled the two other nights. We don’t recommend this hotel even if it is very central.
