What was not expected was presented at check-in online with a choice of either non refundable £40 deposit or refundable £300 deposit!. Gambled on refundable deposit and did get it a week later. For only 1 night!

It was our third time to stay here. It was strange that we had to pay for a damage waiver which never needed before and it caused that an awkwardness to check in the time we arrived. We contacted the hotel straight away on arrival and they helped us swiftly. Always the location is excellent and

Town centre hotel with paid parking only a short walk away. (Although a somewhat complex price structure). Reception also has limited hours. Room clean and tidy though somewhat compact.

Really cosy, quaint room a stone's throw from the station, and surprisingly quiet despite the World Cup going on across the road. Even though I arrived and left outside staff hours, checking in and out was smooth thanks to clear instructions emailed in advance and the good, old-fashioned room keys instead of cards. They even provided a fan to survive the last of the heatwave. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel, easy check in and check out. Friendly, helpful staff. Nice quiet room. Lots of cafes and restaurants along the high street, some offer a 10% discount for guests at the hotel. Would stay again!

The staff were very friendly, helpful and communicated well. As i was arriving later, they left my key in a lock box, with full instructions - they phoned and followed up by text. The hotel was very quiet and close to lots of lovely cafes, eateries and convenience stores. I Would definitely stay again. Parking is available opposite for 1.70 overnight until 8am.

Enjoyed time away

A nice place to get away for a bit. Was a bit disappointed that my room overlooked the scrapyard and so it was noisy at times but other than that, it was just what I needed for a couple of days. Staff were friendly and willing to help when needed.

A great location, good communication and comfortable stay. Its on the main road of a very busy high street so quite loud with the windows open but there was a fan in the room if it gets too hot. Money off certain local restaurants/cafes was a great extra and I was able to use it for dinner and breakfast

Central and no walking distance to bars and pubs. Quiet and great if you are looking for somewhere to sleep without the big hotel energy, hussle and bustle.

The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful.

Great stay. Perfect location in Bexley High Street. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but surrounded by cafes Restaurants and convenience stores.
