Muy agradable estudio (3). Baño demasiado pequeño y sin estanterías. Además no funcionaba la ventilación. Por lo demás todo bien, cocina completamente equipada. Pequeño patio. Bien para tres personas.

2 night stay in London

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is great! Close enough to the larger Victoria station and easy to get anywhere we were trying to go. Lots of stores and restaurants close by as well. The room is a nice size and we had one with a terrace that was great so we could sit outside and eat our take away our first night in. The room is a basic room, not fancy, but very clean and a perfect little size for two people. You share the bathroom but we didn’t even notice; there were no issues and everyone was clean. Our only complaints would be that the door to the terrace didn’t lock and our fan wouldn’t turn on so it was a bit stuffy. We were only staying for two nights so by the time we discovered these things we were soon leaving. The host also leaves a bottle of wine welcoming gift and some other travel snacks! We would definitely stay here again.

A Good Stay

Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Appreciated the book instructions and the snacks. Although I would have bbn preferred a private bath, there was no problem with the other guests.

Compte tenu de la note de l'établissement, je m'attendais à mieux. Je ne connais pas le niveau qualité/prix en général sur Londres, mais rien d'extraordinaire en tous cas à mon avis pour cet établissement qui affiche une super note (8,8 au moment de ma réservation) alors que les toilettes et salle de bain ne sont même pas dans les chambres..

The room was lovely, good WiFi and the additional little supplies fantastic (even a complimentary bottle of wine). The bathroom situation (shared) isn’t ideal but it worked out alright.

Check paperwork to avoid hidden costs

WARNING: We discovered thee were additional cleaning charges added by the vendor to our Hotels.com price which were not obvious at time of booking. Check ALL paperwork carefully. Otherwise this was a nice little flat very conveniently placed in the great area of Pimlico close to the West End and really convenient for shows and restaurants. We were in Flat 6 which had an en suite so we didn't have to share a bathroom which is the case with some of the other properties at Bestroom. The apartment was well appointed with all the basics and nice touches like additional chocolate, biscuits and a bottle of wine on arrival. The bed was comfy, the shower was hot and powerful and although there was some noise in the night, it wasn't enough to be disturbing. We would use again, but do check ALL of your paperwork at time of booking, the additional £40 cleaning fee should not have been added and we were able to get a refund through Hotels.com.

The standard of decor and cleanliness was extremely good. It was comfortable, quiet and in a central location. Access was easy, though it was up three flights so not ideal for those with mobility or respiratory difficulties. The only real downer was having to share a shower. But I'd book again.

The studio was great, clean and easy to get into and in a convenient location. They added some nice touches by having fresh milk, coffee, teas and snacks available. The only issue was the noise from other people coming in the front door or entering/leaving their studios. I heard a lot of door slamming in the evening and morning which was disruptive.

Studio with added extras, near Victoria

I stayed in studio 6 on the ground floor. The room was very nice, the kitchen part had all you could need to cook and added extras I have never had anywhere else, boxes of mini cereal, carton of milk, mini jams, butter portions in the fridge, nuts and biscuits. Also there was a welcome bottle of wine plus a bottle of beer in the fridge. The booklet said they were all free. A very nice touch. The only thing that spoiled it all was the fact that the floor was very uneven and I spent every night trying not to roll out of bed, it was that obvious. So I hardly slept for the entire stay.. If a couple had been in that room they would have had a rough time with that aspect.
