Great location, great price, very friendly staff. Has a kitchen on site which is so helpful with keeping expenditure low as you don't have to eat out every night. Tee was very helpful with local knowledge and recommendations of great places to visit.

I checked in at the location later in the day. Shortly after I arrived I was relaxing and the manager arrived at night and made some offside comments to me which were of concern, initially I laughed it off. Then I was told I needed to leave my room in the morning “for maintenance”. I complied and while I was eating breakfast I witnessed the manager treating one of their employees badly. After I ate I went into the lounge to relax, this is when the manager told me I couldn’t. When I got frustrated and spoke out about the my concerns I was asked to leave the property , which is fine but as a professional firefighter I thought to myself , if they are treating a grown man like this I could only imagine how they are treating youth / younger adults. I have never experienced this type of treatment before in my life from a hotel / hostel.

This hostel has super friendly staff, ideal for a solo traveller as there is always someone to talk to. The kitchen facility is amazing and the lounge has Netflix and comfy couches. When I stayed we had a visit to the nearby park for a picnic and this was attended by staff and guests, a super fun evening.

Great location, right off Kensington Gardens with Bus and Subway stations two blocks away. Also at walking distance to Paddington Station. Premises are clean, staff is helpful, breakfast is cheap and sufficient.

This hostel is ideally located close to a tube station and directly opposite Hyde Park, perfect for a lovely stroll or a picnic. The staff here are super friendly and the property has a cosy lounge where staff and guests can hang out together watching the big screen TV. As a solo traveller I found the lounge to be the hub of activity, allowing me to connect with other people. The hostel also has a well equipped kitchen so you can keep costs down by not having to dine out each evening. The beds had a USB charger port built into a nightlight so you can charge your phone overnight. I will definitely be booking this hostel again next time I am travelling through London.

Great stay

Great priced place in a perfect location. Couldn’t beat the price for a private room with private bath. The bathroom was very tight, however still nice to have our own dedicated bathroom. We were on the 5th floor and it felt like a hike up the stairs as it seemed to be a floor and a half of stairs per flight, but for the price and location I’d stay again as it met our needs perfectly.

This hostel is good for a night or two. I stayed there because arrived very late the first night and knew I'd spend all day exploring London the next day & walking distance to Paddington Station to take the Heathrow Express. It's a very basic hostel. It's not dirty but not the cleanest. It can use some updating.
