Pleasant.

Pleasant stay. The beds were clean and comfortable. The only issue was that the room looked slightly worn out, with rust all over the shower rod and shower head. Staff were great. Ideal for an overnight stay.

For what is paid it is very good price. The staff are good location is great! The hotel is self needs a lot of refurbishing. But For having your own room with toilet inside in the center of London it worth the price. Do not wait luxury you get what you pay for.

På info står att det finns Continental frukost men det fanns ingen frukost. Hotellet hade en väldigt smal trappa det fanns ingen hiss. Tufft för oss äldre. Badrummet behöver total sanering. Det enda positiva var närhet till buss och tunnelbana.

We booked a double bedroom. The room is very small but at least we had our own toilet and shower. The room was not clean and had a broken window. Our room was next to the rails which made a lot of noice and made it difficult to sleep. The location is great. Only 1 minutes walk from Eart’s Court Underground station. The hotel is also close to many restaurants and shops. The hotel is in walking distance to Science and National History Museum.

The entire floor in the hotel room was wet. Hotel staff said it wasent their fault. Wasent able to get a different room or partial refund. Avoid this place at all costs.

Poor Value for Money

Room was small and smelt appalling of mould/damp and possibly urine. There were No propper room facilities -the bedding was inadequate. Ridiculously small toilet and shower off landing.Thin walls-poor sound proofing.

Needs an update

TV wasnt working connection crackled and no signal. Carpet dirty, room dirty, shared bathroom dirty, bed ok, I slept. No kettle tea/coffee. Awful place needs a total refurbish, how it stays open is beyond me.

Tiny basement room with no window. Get what you pay for so I wasn’t that bothered. Usual damage to walls and carpet, under bed wasn’t hoovered, thin walls, creaky bed. Decent position to station
