「Always find this is an excellent hotel to stay at. Unfortunately did not quite meet that standard this time. We had a room that looked out to the restaurant this time. It was quiet by about 11pm but you could hear music playing at 6am the next morning while the staff prepared the breakfast room. I went looking for an ice machine and finally had to ask at the desk. They are available at every odd floor starting at the 5th floor. After checking a few floors I found the only one that was working...

「Locating the hotel and obtaining parking is very difficult, especially when they have the only street into the hotel blocked off. Must carry your luggage to and from your parked car 15 minutes. Check in is 3pm. Our room was not ready until 4:30. It makes all the plans you have change due to late availability of room. Room was nice and large as was the bathroom. Beds a bit soft and low to the floor. Room was very quiet.」

「The breakfast was a mess, there were no knives, plates, bread, butter. Fruit owl was empty. When she finally came to refill these it was so slow, I actually used a fork to spread jam on my toast. Otherwise the hotel was satisfactory.」

「Our room was clean, and spacious, with a kitchenette. The swimming pool was clean, and we had a nice swim before breakfast.」

「一開始訂房時在考慮兩間酒店，後來決定選擇了免費停車的這一家。這是它的第一個優點。 辦理Check- in時前台服務很熱情，客房很舒適、整潔。雖然因為疫情原因無法在餐廳吃早餐，但客房也有足夠的椅子可以讓我們在房間內用早餐。附近很多家餐廳，評分也都很高，解決三餐很容易。有機會還會再過去。」

「Breakfast staff during the week: Donna was wonderful! She always greeted with a good morning, advised what breakfast is on that day, asked how our stay is going & answered questions all in a upbeat polite manner. She is super friendly & personable. Food was great. Check in & check out staff were also personable & friendly! Room was clean, cleaning staff also great to deal with. A ton of available parking. We would definitely stay there again & recommend to family & friends.」

「My bill vs what I was expecting from their emails was way off. #1 bad exchange rate, CAD to US. #2 Invoice did NOT match my credit card statement. We will be avoiding Sheraton hotels in our future travels for this reason. The actual hotel was great for our cousin reunion.」

「I put $100 deposit and i called today for the third time and they said its been processed from their and .But i didn’t get it back on my visa , and its since long weekend easter in April .First and last time I stayed here .」
