「We picked this location as it was super close to the hospital as a family member had major surgery and was writhing walking distance . This hotel offers a discounted rate for hospital stays which was greatly appreciated. The staff were super nice and very accommodating ! The rooms were clean and the hotel was very quiet . Also the fact that there was breakfast included was one less thing to worry about . Would highly recommend!」

「Had a great long weekend with my elderly mum, our adult kids & grandchildren (11 of us, sadly son/fiancé couldn’t come this time). This was our first Hard Rock Hotel, tho we’ve been to other Hard Rock Cafe/restaurants, incl in London, UK. Everything was great, enjoyed the reclaimed historic factory, hubby loved playing the in-room vintage guitar (son would’ve too!), grandkids loved the pool, & we all enjoyed the arcade, Children’s Museum, etc. My mum, daughter & I bought beautiful vintage...

「The room was clean. When we checked out the pool upon arrival, we were very disappointed to find it smelling ALOT like bleach. Therefore, did not use it. Also, it would have been nice to have a table in the room. 」

「一開始訂房時在考慮兩間酒店，後來決定選擇了免費停車的這一家。這是它的第一個優點。 辦理Check- in時前台服務很熱情，客房很舒適、整潔。雖然因為疫情原因無法在餐廳吃早餐，但客房也有足夠的椅子可以讓我們在房間內用早餐。附近很多家餐廳，評分也都很高，解決三餐很容易。有機會還會再過去。」

「On Expedia, it writes $52 one night, but when you be there, they said the cheapest there is $75 one night. Plus, the blankets there stinks.」

「The staff is lovely, and helpful.. almost too helpful. The restaurant on site is a separate entity…. The server was lovely and extremely helpful, however the food, freshness and cleanliness- was not up to even par…. Don’t eat at the breakfast buffet, very limited ;( and disappointing. 」
