「Easy parking nearby. Close to Canada Life Place and Covent Market. Big rooms. Soaker tubs. Plenty of space to work or relax. Priced well. Hidden gem in London.」

「No slippers provided, ( they said will provide when booked) called the front desk, and just say sorry at first place. Then I complain, because no slippers, how could we do the bath. Then they suddenly drop off slippers. Also, when we check in, they mentioned we could take drinks from minibar, no charge. We took the water and coke. Then we got charged when we check out. Very disappointed experience.」

「We stayed in a loft suite and it was great. The top steps were a little tricky because of the way they turn to go down so if you have any balance issues it could be uncomfortable. Also no washroom upstairs so going down after dark requires lighting. Otherwise the room was clean, quiet and the bed was nice. Check in was super easy and the staff were very nice.」

「一開始訂房時在考慮兩間酒店，後來決定選擇了免費停車的這一家。這是它的第一個優點。 辦理Check- in時前台服務很熱情，客房很舒適、整潔。雖然因為疫情原因無法在餐廳吃早餐，但客房也有足夠的椅子可以讓我們在房間內用早餐。附近很多家餐廳，評分也都很高，解決三餐很容易。有機會還會再過去。」

「On Expedia, it writes $52 one night, but when you be there, they said the cheapest there is $75 one night. Plus, the blankets there stinks.」

「There was no fresh cream for the coffee. Putting coffee ate as a substitution is terrible it is full of chemicals and should not be used in hotels. However the front desk went out of their way to find me fresh milk from the kitchen. Kudos for that . There should be a continental breakfast available for early departures to the airport, ours was 0400. A shame when the hotel offers full breakfast and we couldn’t even get a muffin to go.」
